The annual Hugo Huss Memorial Music Scholarship is funded anonymously by a generous local organization in recognition of the Maestro’s artistic contribution to the music of the Coulee Region and his dedication and years of service to that organization.

The scholarship is awarded on an annual basis to a selected graduating senior from Central High School in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Students of music with a high caliber of talent who exhibit the desire and passion to further their musical development at a college or university level (preferably as a major course of study) are eligible for the award.
